1. How long does shipping take?

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number on our Order Tracking page to check the status of your shipment.

4. Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking information may take a few days to update after the order has been shipped. This is normal while the carrier processes the package.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
